We’re a small, boutique brewery with a unique take. We have three intimate taprooms located in Greensboro. Kernersville and Graham, NC, as well as a cafe kiosk in LeBauer Park in Greensboro.

We brew our beer at our Brewhouse in Kernersville, NC on a 10 Barrel System.

We also feature a one-of-a-kind "Homebrewer Spotlight" program to give homebrewers a studio and stage to share their craft with the community. We love showcasing hidden talent, whether homebrewer, musician, or local artisan by allowing them to share their story with us and our patrons.

With every visit to any of our 4 locations, you will have the opportunity to experience our incredible community. Whether you love beer, food, music, visual art, or just good times with friends, pull up a chair and "craft your own story" at Little Brother Brewing.

The Collies and The McCoys

Acquaintances but not yet good friends, the Little Brother story began in 2015 when Laura told Leah that Jeff was thinking about opening a brewery. Leah playfully quipped “don’t tell Daniel because he’ll want to do it.” The rest is history.

For Jeff, having lived and worked around downtown Greensboro since 2005, watching the ebbs and flows of progress inspired a love and appreciation for our city and motivation to actively participate in shaping its future. Besides loving nearly all things edible and drinkable, he also has an insatiable appetite for trying new things. Craft beer’s creativity and diversity of flavors naturally drew him in: both as a homebrewer and as a consumer of local craft breweries. Outside of being a co-owner of Little Brother, Jeff continues to work in downtown Greensboro and spends most free time with Laura and young children, William and Ruthie.

Daniel has had a long infatuation with beer and a great appreciation for sharing pints with friends and strangers alike, even back when beer options consisted of “Domestics and Imports”. Since his first taste of beer, he has always had an urge to get in the business of beer making especially since the modern craft beer revolution began. Born in Greensboro and raised in Jamestown, Daniel has lived in and around downtown Greensboro since 2006. His favorite pastimes are spending time with family and friends, enjoying great music and a well crafted IPA. If he can do all those things at once, he’s probably got a big old goofy smile on his face. Daniel and Leah spend much of their free time with their two young sons Thomas and Charlie.

In spite of looking and dressing eerily similar, Daniel and Jeff are not actually brothers. Each grew up as younger siblings and share the scrappy little brother spirit that encourages all of us to stand on our tiptoes and do more with less.

Josh Coe

From managing a dive bar with his father for several years to opening up a craft beer store in both Graham and Greensboro, NC with his family, Josh Coe is a native to the North Carolina beer scene. Thriving in the culture and community that beer creates, Josh has met some of his best friends and favorite people through beer. Having toured the country over the course of his twenties with various music groups, Josh was able to develop a taste for beer that wasn't available at home.

A bass player his whole life, Josh brings the underlying beat to our Little Brother family. He enjoys playing gigs on the weekends with his bands Old Heavy Hands, The Ends and Carri and The Good Watts at parties, bars, weddings and more. When not playing music or managing our retail locations, you can find Josh hanging out with his beautiful wife Ashley and daughter Lennon. If Josh hadn't been able to make a livelihood out of playing music and slinging beer, he went to hairschool as a backup plan. Lucky for us all, he stuck with something we can all enjoy.

Mike Foderaro

Mike grew up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland playing lacrosse pretty much his whole life. Thankfully for us Mike decided to come south to Greensboro to continue to play in college and stay in the south ever since. Having spent 13 years coaching collegiately Mike brings that award winning drive, leadership, and personality that we have come to love.

Mike's competitive drive on and off the field is actually what helped him pursue a deeper passion into the world of craft beer. He grew to love going to craft breweries when vacationing and traveling around the country. This brought his wife and parents to actually buy him his first brewing kit where he started out brewing on his stove, and then in his garage with friends and family members. Mike quickly joined the Battleground Brewers Guild homebrewing group and got addicted to learning everything about beer and the process of brewing that he could. He started competing in competitions and was able to collect himself some hardware along the way. In 2019 in Providence, RI, at the National Homebrew Conference, Mike helped contribute to winning the Gambrinus Club Award, one of the top awards given to a homebrew club across the nation.

Mike got his first taste of brewing at Little Brother when he did a homebrew spotlight collaboration brew, a Mango Pale Ale called Mango Unchained. He went from brewing in the spotlight, to our Assistant Brewer, to now Head Brewer and we couldn't be happier. Mike brings that can-do attitude at all times and helps brighten up anyone's day that crosses paths with him. When not brewing beer Mike still helps run a National High School lacrosse team called Shred Thread National and enjoys going on adventures with his lovely wife Amanda, two daughters June and Piper, and son Hayes. Stop by sometime to try one of Mike's new creations and say hey if you ever see him in the back making a fresh batch.
